We’re making some important system changes designed to make your day-to-day work simpler and more efficient. As part of Project NextGen, we’re upgrading to modern, cloud-based systems that are more user-friendly, responsive, and work better across devices—whether you’re at your desk or on the go.
What's changing?
In early June, we’ll be shifting from Maximo to MAS and from ProMap to Touchstone. These updates come with several practical benefits:
MAS will be an upgrade of Maximo with a more responsive and intuitive interface.
Touchstone will replace the current Mobility App, offering a consistent experience across desktop and mobile.
These changes lay the foundation for doing business better, making it easier for everyone who interacts with our systems to access the tools, information and functionality they need. Whether you're a contractor in the field, an admin user or one of our valued customers, these upgrades and replacements will support more efficient, consistent and reliable ways of working, not just for now, but into the future.
What to Expect Next
In the lead-up to the transition, here’s how we’ll be supporting you:
We’ll also be sharing a dedicated landing page that’ll be your place to go for any updates, resources or support you need along the way.
We’ve identified that some users will need to make changes in the existing systems to best prepare for the new ones. If that applies to you, we’ll be in touch directly with clear instructions and support to help you through it.
Project NextGen: Igniting change, uniting teams.
Thanks for your support as we move to more capable, future-ready systems. The transition to MAS and Touchstone is a significant step in Project NextGen—but it’s just one part of a broader transformation, which we’ve highlighted below. As you’ll see, it’s a big shift that’s all about making it easier to do business with, and for, Programmed.
For now, our focus is on the upgrades and replacements from Maximo and ProMap—and making sure you have everything you need to navigate that change smoothly.
