 Project NextGen Update

Hi Programmed Staff,

As you’re now aware, Project NextGen is well underway, setting the foundation for improvements across our business—and in turn, supporting better outcomes for our customers and contractors.

Please take a moment to review the key updates below:

What You Need to Know Now

Change Freeze
All major change requests to ProMAP, Maximo, Navision and associated reporting solutions (Cubes/paginated reports etc.) are now frozen. This includes additional modules, features and customisation. We anticipate the major change freeze will remain in place until mid-July 2025.

This is in order to prepare the systems for change over status.

ProMAP App Decommissioning
We are actively transitioning technicians off the ProMAP app in a phased approach. We are moving subcontractors to the ProMAP portal (preferred) or manual invoicing (as last approach). The dashboard remains available.
This is in order to collect all ProMAP data in a central area, in preparation for transfer.

What You May Need to Do Now

System User Review
We are requesting all contracts review system users to:

  • Remove vendors no longer attached to a contract.
  • Remove users no longer attached to a vendor.

Our current focus is to ensure the smooth transition to our new systems (MAS and Touchstone). An online portal with further information for you and all stakeholders will soon be made available to support this transition.

The anticipated go-live date for both is 1 June 2025.

Project NextGen Roadmap v2

Beyond this software transition, Project NextGen covers several other system update pillars across the broader Facility Management business.

Successful launch of Social Housing Field Services

The first successful launch has been our Social Housing Field Services app (Loc8), which was implemented into our HomesNSW contract. We are happy to report that this went live at the start of April and is being well received by our users.

Other Social Housing contracts will be implemented in the coming months in a phased plan to ensure smooth continuity of business for all.

Other initiatives you’ll see from Project NextGen in FY25 are:

  • Launch of the new Telephony System
    • A modern fast-paced system that will bring about improvements to our National Call Centres and Regional Help Desks. This is a whole of Group initiative.
  • Launch of the new Customer Portal, including:
    • A new Data Warehouse
    • Relaunch of client and business reports
    • Baselined client reports
    • Revamped client integrations

Transition from Navision to D365 will occur in FY26.

Stepping into the Next Generation

These technology updates and changes will help further support the great ongoing growth of our business and allow you, the user, to have better interactions with technology that works for you!

Keep an eye out for further information over the coming weeks, and for when the link to our information portal is shared – an easy resource for you to refer back to.
