As mentioned in the Town Hall last year, Programmed Facility Management is undertaking a significant digital transformation as part of our Mid-Term Business Plan (MTBP), recognising technology as a critical driver for operational efficiency, business growth, and customer-focused innovation.
We’re excited to share an update on Project NextGen, our initiative to elevate our technology systems and support both our current and growing business needs.
Timeline
The project is well underway, with system configuration and testing in progress to ensure seamless integration.
This two-year project is focused on continuously enhancing our platforms to provide a modern, secure, and efficient experience for all of us. The first phase is already in progress and is set to go live on June 1st!
What this means to you
An Operations and Change Team has been assembled across all operations and business units. This team will communicate and roll out the change and training to all users over the next few months. They are also working with the Technology teams to carefully plan the cutover strategy to minimise the impact on service delivery.
A series of training workshops, and other important guidelines and information will also be shared with the user groups.
The broader business will also receive regular progress reports to ensure transparency throughout the project.
